Step 7: Once the OTP gets validated successfully, you will get a notification. This notification will contain the temporary password, which you can use to log in to the DGFT website. Later, you can change this password.

Step 8: After registering on the DGFT website, you must enter your username and password to login to the website.

Step 9: Next, click on the option “Apply for IEC” on the DGFT website dashboard.

Step 10: Now, click on “Start Fresh Application.”

Step 11: Enter the details of business partner/ proprietor/Karta/director, bank information, etc. Then, attach the DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and complete the payment.

Step 12: After your payment is made, it will be redirected, and you will get the receipt. You must download and retain this receipt for future use.

Step 13: Finally, you will get the IEC certificate through email. You can download this after logging into the DGFT website and choosing the option “Print IEC” under the option ‘IEC Profile Management.’
